• ​The mission of Platte Valley Adventist School is to provide a balanced training of physical, intellecual, spiritual, and social powers of each pupil as the Spirit of Prophecy outlines; and to ensure that the scolastic standards and policies are maintained at the level reeequired by the Board of Education of the State of Nebraska and the Department of Education of the General Conference of Seventh-day Adventists.

Dear PVAS Parents,
         Welcome to a new year of learning at Platte Valley Adventist School. I am pleased to serve in this fine school as head teacher/principal for grades 1-8. Though I have several years of teaching experience, last year was my first year teaching all grades in a multi-grade classroom.  
         I was born and raised in Hermiston, Oregon.  My parents still live in that area, along with one of my two sisters. My other sister and her family live here in Nebraska, not too far from me.  I enjoy being able to spend time with them.
It is a privilege to be teaching in our little church school, sharing Jesus with the students and being a part of this community.  It is a greater privilege to be able to grow closer to Jesus by learning about His great love for us.
         I look forward to a fantastic, blessed school year here at Platte Valley Adventist School. Please keep the students and me, and each family, in your prayers as we play and learn together.
